Crossing The Read Sea: Mountain of Man; Hill of The Lord

Isaiah 2:1–5 (KJV 1900): 2 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
2   And it shall come to pass in the last days,
That the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills;
And all nations shall flow unto it.
3  And many people shall go and say,
Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
And he will teach us of his ways,
And we will walk in his paths:
For out of Zion shall go forth the law,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
4  And he shall judge among the nations,
And shall rebuke many people:
And they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
And their spears into pruninghooks:
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
Neither shall they learn war any more.
5  O house of Jacob, come ye,
And let us walk in the light of the Lord.

Obadiah 15–21 (KJV 1900): 15   For the day of the Lord is near upon all the heathen:
As thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee;
Thy reward shall return upon thine own head.
16  For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain,
So shall all the heathen drink continually,
Yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down,
And they shall be as though they had not been.
17  But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness;
And the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
18  And the house of Jacob shall be a fire,
And the house of Joseph a flame,
And the house of Esau for stubble,
And they shall kindle in them, and devour them;
And there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau;
For the Lord hath spoken it.
19  And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau;
And they of the plain the Philistines:
And they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria:
And Benjamin shall possess Gilead.
20  And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath;
And the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad,
Shall possess the cities of the south.
21  And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau;
And the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.

Malachi 3:1–6 (KJV 1900): 3 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me:
And the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple,
Even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in:
Behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.
2  But who may abide the day of his coming?
And who shall stand when he appeareth?
For he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
3  And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver:
And he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver,
That they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
4  Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord,
As in the days of old, and as in former years.
5  And I will come near to you to judgment;
And I will be a swift witness
Against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers,
And against those that oppress the hireling in his wages,
The widow, and the fatherless,
And that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me,
Saith the Lord of hosts.
6  For I am the Lord, I change not;
Therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Isaiah 54:1–10 (KJV 1900): 54 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear;
Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child:
For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord.
2   Enlarge the place of thy tent,
And let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations:
Spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;
3  For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left;
And thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles,
And make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
4  Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed:
Neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame:
For thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth,
And shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
5  For thy Maker is thine husband;
The Lord of hosts is his name;
And thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel;
The God of the whole earth shall he be called.
6  For the Lord hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit,
And a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.
7   For a small moment have I forsaken thee;
But with great mercies will I gather thee.
8  In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment;
But with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee,
Saith the Lord thy Redeemer.
9  For this is as the waters of Noah unto me:
For as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth;
So have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
10   For the mountains shall depart,
And the hills be removed;
But my kindness shall not depart from thee,
Neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed,
Saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.

Ephesians 4:1–16 (KJV 1900): 4 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, 2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; 3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Psalm 24:1–6 (KJV 1900): 1   The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof;
The world, and they that dwell therein.
2  For he hath founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the floods.
3   Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord?
Or who shall stand in his holy place?
4   He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart;
Who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
5  He shall receive the blessing from the Lord,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6  This is the generation of them that seek him,
That seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.
